Elangeni consulting services (ECS) is a South African based company which was started 5 years ago in Mpumalanga. It is a privately-owned company which employs about 6 people full time and a number of casual workers who work on a basis of project by project. The company is 100% black owned with 60% female ownership & 40% male ownership.
